  5. 2007/2008 election of Directors and Officers scheduled for the June 2007 BOD annual meeting
     
      - Discuss possible new members on the BOD representing new satellite FSCs
       
      - Status of BOD members/officers: who wish to "re-up" and what area they represent
       
      - Appointment of nominating committee, if necessary, for 2007/2008 Officers

  6. Defensible Space Program Update – Jana Newman
     
      - Results of solicitation for Program Coordinator North County and discussion of regional coordinator positions for other areas, contract directly with EDCFSC or work through another district/agency
       
      - Distribute ID badges for BOD, T-shirts/hats, and set policy for future distribution
       
      - Target communities—where and how to get program into other areas

  7. Executive Coordinator's Report
     
      - Distribute Project Summary Report, current status and funding received/due
       
      - Draft reorganization chart for EDCFSC operations: delegation of responsibilities for projects/on-going programs, need to contract for additional admin/project support, determine best use of resources to accommodate sustainable growth for the EDCSFC, participation in CAFSC pilot program
       
      - Update on Home and Garden Show and Wildfire Awareness Week
