"The El Dorado County Fire Safe Council, in cooperation with Waste Management, has obtained grant funding to provide vouchers to residents for green waste disposal. The vouchers may be used for one time disposal of green waste at the El Dorado Disposal Material Recovery Facility (MRF) located at 4100 Throwita Way in Diamond Springs CA 95619. The voucher entitles the holder to dispose of one load of green waste material not to exceed 3 cubic yards. You present the voucher coupon at the time of disposal, original vouchers accepted only (no copies) and they are not redeemable for cash. The MRF hours of operation: 7 days a week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
