STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOP AGENDA

LOCATION: GOLD HILL FIRE STATION, 6051 GOLD HILL ROAD
- Introduction: Self introductions by attendees, distribute/update
Sign-in sheet, please put on/wear a name tag
- This is not a formal business meeting, approval of minutes
of the 7/26/06 is deferred until 9/27/06 meeting
- Distribution and review of Strategic Planning Project Matrix,
Appendix M of the El Dorado County Wildfire Protection Plan and the 2006/2007
Project-Proposal Status document.
- Input from Satellite Fire Safe Councils plans and
proposed projects
- Initial first cut at prioritizing projects
- Adjourn/next meeting will be September 27, 2006 from 1 pm
to 3 pm at the Gold Hill Fire Station.
Snacks and Refreshments will be served throughout the workshop. Bring something to
share if you wish.this is a creating day.no one leaves until we finish item #5 or at least
make a good dent in it. Thanks and see you there!
